Inspirations
I never intended to build a Back-To-The-Future DeLorean inspired piece until I saw the Casio WS1600 base watch in person. The curvy gauge from the dial and its micro numbers on the inner plate reminds me of the dashboard of some futuristic race car.
While I had a few other cars in mind as a potential candidate for the project, the iconic all metal look of the classic DeLorean plus the intricacy of the retro futuristic aesthetic of the Back to the Future version just seem fitting for the style of mods I enjoy making (like the Nuclear Royale).
